Sonny brings over a decade of experience from within the hotel food & beverage industry. His journey commenced in 2002 as a server at the Four Seasons in Saudi Arabia. Sonny remained in the Middle East, advancing his career, until 2019. 

Fueled by a genuine passion for interpersonal connections and cultural immersion, Sonny finds joy in delivering unparalleled service within a luxurious setting, day in and day out. 

At Hawthorn, Sonny is fully embracing Alberta's finest offerings, with the Striploin reigning as his personal favorite dish.
