Knife Fight Vol.II - YYC EXP Opening Dinner

We are excited to welcome you to the YYC Food & Drink Experience opening dinner event: Knife Fight Vol. II. In this culinary showdown Rupert Garcia of Hawthorn will face off against Matthias Fong from Primary Colours in a dining experience you won't want to miss! 

Both Chefs won gold at Calgary's Great Kitchen Party (Chef Garcia in 2023 and Chef Fong in 2024). As each course is served, the chefs will present their dishes, and you'll have the power to vote on who takes the crown. Every guest will receive a scorecard—who's dish will come out on top?

Tickets include a complimentary welcome cocktail, canapes, a 3-course menu from each chef, and 18% gratuity.
